Repairs and maintenance are carried out by certified Roland technicians, covering all phases of service and enabling fast restoration of product functionality, including replacement of worn or damaged parts (subject to spare part availability). With Roland DG Care for your VersaSTUDIO BN2-20 / BN2-20AÂ you can maintain high uptime and consistent print quality.

Our Comfort contract provides strong protection in case anything goes wrong. Roland DG Connect diagnostics and predictive support monitor your device 24/7, notifying you about firmware and software updates and alerting you to any predicted faults. Twice a year, you receive a self‑maintenance kit with clear instructions. Support tools including chatbot assistance and myRoland case creation are available anytime.
Maintenance
Includes all Comfort features plus 2 preventive maintenance visits per year by a Roland DG technician (every 6 months). Includes all spare parts required for preventive maintenance. Repairs are excluded.
Plus
Includes all Maintenance features plus spare parts and printheads. Ideal for high‑duty production environments using the VersaSTUDIO BN2-20 / BN2-20A. Full coverage includes printheads, spare parts, travel and labor costs. Also includes a Roland DG Connect professional license.
Ultimate
Includes all Plus features plus access to Roland DG Connect Premium and the VWS1 color matching and fingerprinting device, ensuring predictable color output even for demanding jobs on the VersaSTUDIO BN2-20 / BN2-20A.
