By analysing actual ink consumption and media usage, the tool helps print businesses understand true production costs, evaluate profitability, and set more accurate selling prices.

After setting currency, units, media costs, ink prices, and selling prices, the add-on automatically calculates revenue, expenses, and profit for each print job. Data is visualised through an intuitive ROI dashboard, making it easy to track performance across devices and time periods.

Operators can review detailed print logs, exclude failed or test prints using the Waste option, and export data in CSV or JSON format for further analysis. The tool supports multi-device environments and provides comparative insights against previous periods to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Note: Some functions may be limited depending on the printer model.
